A lot of internal errors with the way many things work together (please read)

- Black hammer "ammo buff" with Increased Special Ammo buff from armors had made black hammer go from 19 --> 20 rounds. This seems to be unintended. - Invective Shotgun 20 rounds with increased special ammo with send it dropped to 14, but Found Verdict (used to be 24, now is 20 without send it) drops from 20 to 18 with send it. - Hip firing with guns is still zero range (the damage fall off starts 2 meters in front of you with hip fire on auto rifles - High rate of fire scouts get a buff for their lack of stability and such, but guns like Atheon's Epilogue high rate of fire not only has worse stability than before, but the perk it relied on perfect balance is cut in half, so weapons like this seem to be unintentionally screwed. - Pulse rifles have an excellent range now, not incredibly long like scout rifles but not down right silly-short like AR and HC's (I don't think any gun would have significant damage fall off before 5 meters for an auto rifle or a hand cannon) - Field Scout gives me more reserve ammo, not sure why people are complaining about it. Unintentional that it should have more ammo in total than before lol - Hard Light has something internally wrong with it, Monte Carlo has much less stability but when it fires its much more stable than Hard Light. Hard Light still bounces around everywhere.
