Best vanilla perk that can't be on any new guns. There was ZERO reason for this "fix" since older weapons with field scout will be all but useless in two weeks.

Fatebringer was still relevant even at 300 during Crotas end so that's your opinion

Because of other perks/stats that other guns in HoW and year two can get. Field scout is unobtainable as of HoW and year 1 legendaries have no chance of Congo forward. So fatebringer, a year one weapon, will fall into the same irrelevance as other year one weapons. My opinion is based on facts.
