An interesting idea for sure, but I'm still all about that Infusion for all.

Mal bud, open your eyes, i know you want it all. But if they gave us a way to carry forward just a few of our absolute favorites, noes we truly felt we could not do without, would you honestly say no? We cannot take them all forward, but we should be able to take a select few. Selected by us obviously. Max of 3 per character at least, 1 Heavy, 1 Special, 1 Primary per Character.

Honestly? I would still say no. Because I know there would still be people out there getting screwed over by it and there's no reason for it. The biggest problem I have with the proposed idea of allowing people to take a few forward with them, is if they can do a few then why not all? If there is no restrictions on which guns you can take forward, then technically speaking EVERY gun from Year 1 would potentially be brought forward regardless because everyone has different tastes. In other words, we would be seeing all of these older weapons in Year 2 regardless, so why not just remove that limit and make it that much simpler? The conflict itself is geared towards Bungie wanting to force us to leave Year 1 stuff behind. They don't want the old to still be relevant. We shouldn't be trying to cut a deal or negotiate this, but instead fight the MENTALITY itself that Year 1 shouldn't be allowed to continue onward.
