Don't dismantle your Stranger Rifle.
With Bungie you never know if it's actually a key to a Easter egg.
The Stranger hands it to you. This could be Bungie's way of saying this is important for other things.

Well isn't there an exotic version coming out and it's called 'No Time to Explain'? I think I also heard that the exotic perk is that for every bullet that registers as a critical shot, returns back to the magazine
