How many people here don't know that its upgradable into an exotic in Y2?

It's called no time to explain and in the tower reveal stream for the taken king he had a legendary strangers rifle in the vault

Well I don't, but if you remember the necrocasm you had to bring the weapon up from common to exotic

Hahaha i actually just ran the last mission coz i remember i skipped the cut scene on my 3rd character and i got got a strangers rifle hahah im set

U can re run it as many times as u want and get another 1
