Are you sure the voice is only changing in the english version? seems pretty weird because are they not recording new lines in TTK with Nolan North, even in other languages? I know they mentioned that they wanted you to have the same ghost from start to post-TTK story missions. Edit: Although thinking about it I suppose they had a different voice actor to dinklage for the other languages anyway
