It's not going to happen. Not because they don't care to do it (though that could be true too) but they also have to take into account the other regions with different language versions of the game, where the Ghost still sounds the same (most people seemingly forget this detail) Ghost is only getting his voice changed in the English version, which is why it's only a big deal for English speaking regions. All other regions, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, French, you name it, are not having their Ghost voice change (assuming but I'm pretty sure those are staying the same). It would be impractical to do some kind of tribute to Dinklebot involving the actual voice for only one version of the game, and they wouldn't do it for all versions because it wouldn't make sense to those other regions where the Ghost still sounds the same. Sorry if I'm being a killjoy but it's the truth. Just putting it into perspective.
