The ONLY sniper that would classify someone as a bad sniper is any sniper with Final Round. But it sure sounds like you've been sniped one too many times by the veils huh? Lol i don't even have it, but it doesn't bother me at all. Also, if someone claims that hidden hand is op clearly has no idea what their talking about, and doesn't know why hidden hand does. Anyway, using the veils doesn't qualify someone as a bad sniper, final round does.

I'm certainly a good sniper, I have well over 2000 kills with a sniper and I'm about 80% of that is headshots, in pvp of course. I've never used the veils, so I can't so much about it, but what I can say is I hardly ever get sniped by one, so it doesn't bother me. I do own a HB with hidden hand and shortgaze, and I can get headshots just as easily with my epitaph and LDR as I can with my HB. A GOOD sniper can out snipe someone with any sniper. Hidden hand doesn't add any aim assist, only slows down your reticule when aiming at someone, so I never notice anything different there. And shortgaze adds I believe 10 aim assist, which would put HB up to 50 I believe. Ambush adds -10 aim assist I believe. Those two scopes are my favorite. I've used ambush far more than I have shortgaze but I've recently started using shortgaze more. I've looked up your stats, and although you have more thank 6000 sniper kills, you barley even scratch 50% headshots. It's more like 45% to be real. So don't tell me that good snipers can tell the difference. You barely get a head shot half the time.

Of course you get easy headshots with HB and whenever it slows down reticule it makes it easier to get headshots, and I get headshots Almaty every single time I see someone, only reason it's low is because ever since the beginning I used to final round [spoiler]i changed my ways calm down[/spoiler] Don't believe me? You can inspect me everyday to see the percentage move up
