It's impossible. PS exclusives cannot be sold.

It's not exclusive anymore so I figured they might sell it for the Xbox crowd.

Well it won't be exclusive anymore soon. At this very time it is still exclusive. TTK has not launched yet, nor has the weapon tuning 2.0 update.
