First off, we haven't seen the Kell of the House of Devils, Kings, or Exile. House of Exile Kell could be a Fallen-Hive mutation.
Then there are the four hive gods we won't be killing in the next DLC. Xol, Yul, Eir, Ur, all either equal or higher in power than Oryx. And all with their own Crotas.
The vex could have multiple vaults of glass. There could be another Atheon, another Black Heart. And there are lots of Minds that the vex could have.
The Cabal are a giant military, but they could be factions of a larger empire. Their emperor could be a target. Then there's are all the generals, commanders and the like.
The Ahamkara could make a return. They should have a nest somewhere in the mountains of Venus.

There is no House of Exiles Kell, and Im Pretty sure the Devils Kell is dead too

Every house has a Kell. The House of Devil's hypothetically died at Twilight Gap. But that was a while ago, so a new one has probably risen seeing as their are so many contenders. The house of exile's Kell may have gone missing amongst the hive which is why they are so corrupt. But he could come back as a mutation plagued by the hive. But that's just speculation.

Dude I hope they add the Ahamkara that would be amazing. It could be on Pluto or something and then the raid would be there.

I don't think it is. I'm not directly quoting here so correct me if I'm wrong, but that grimoire card is from Toland's journal, right? He mentioned those four and one that he didn't know the name, but Toland knew of oryx

That all sounds reasonably possible! I hope they involve the traveler as well in some way, which they most likely will.
