You forgot about Xol. Xol is supposedly the most powerful Hive God out there. Even more powerful than Oryx. So they're covered with at least one more Hive boss. They can do stuff with the Vex and Cabal. I don't really think there's anything left with Fallen as in the trailers, they fight with us. I guess House of Kings might have something planned but still.
