You forgot about Xol.
Xol is supposedly the most powerful Hive God out there. Even more powerful than Oryx.
So they're covered with at least one more Hive boss.
They can do stuff with the Vex and Cabal. I don't really think there's anything left with Fallen as in the trailers, they fight with us. I guess House of Kings might have something planned but still.

Fallen and Guardian alliance.. I see it happening. Maybe new playable race in Destiny 2?

The way I thought of it was, we have pretty much destroyed everything the Fallen have. We killed the Devils' Prime Servitor and slated their Archons. We killed Kings' Barons although we haven't messed them up as badly. Exile are already -blam!-ed. Winter is in shit because we killed their Kell. And their Prime is said to be destroyed. And Wolves are either dead of locked up in Prison. So, they don't really have a choice now but to surrender.

Only Variks is left of Judgement. Everyone else is dead.

And the House of Rain? Also Khaliks Prime supposedly isn't dead. House of Kings isn't completely demolished, their upper hierarchy are still alive but hiding. There's gonna be at least 1 to 2 battles with a Fallen House sometime, and eventually House of Judgment will unite them all under the leadership of Variks as Kell of Kells. Then they forge an alliance with the Guardians against the Darkness and eventually the Traveller when it is revealed the Traveller is a dick.

Grimore implies variks and the prince are working on something fishy. Maybe there using the prison of elders to recruit people to regroup the house of judgement. Maybe thats why 1 they invited guardians to exterminate the aliens who refuse to join and 2 the tried to "turn" the house of wolves. They could have just killed them. We have seen there arsenal. (Prison of elders loot). Why do they need protection? Maybe it will be a new house with all kinds of aliens. Why are all the other species in the prison of elders. Did they attack the reef and if so why didn't the awoken just kill them? Maybe they kidnapped them to recruit them. Like why did they capture skolas instead of killing him? I don't know. Just theories and things I've been thinking about. Not sure bungie is capable of making a story like that.
