COMMUNITY DECISION!!! Idea for faster crucible exp gains: A Winsday

I'm proposing that the community comes together to brainstorm and decide on a new idea. Taken from other pvp games, I propose "A Winsday", name subject to change. On Wednesdays, a crucible game mode will be designated as the exp grind. Example: Control Any team that does not spawn on "A" point at the beginning of the game will purposefully lose the game. This "A" spawn will be fairly decided by RNG at a 50/50 chance. The theory is that games purposefully thrown will end sooner resulting in faster rewards and higher experience per hour. The negative side is that this will be suicide for the losing teams K/D but we can implement a mercy rule: No killing just capping all points or killing anyone willing to suicide to give up more points and not kill anyone dancing or sitting down. If someone doesn't want to participate in "A Winsday", they can just not play Control on Wednesdays. Every other day of the week, Control will return to normal regular play. I have no idea on how to implement a poll but will if shown how. What do you think, Guardians? All comments, concerns, critique flames and ideas are sincerely welcomed. If any Ninjas are out there in the shadows please kindly move this post to the appropriate forum location as I was unsure where to place it.
