Do you believe or disbelieve that clusters do more, less, or the same average damage as wolf pack rounds though? I have tested both kinds of rockets, and to me they seem to do the same or about the same amount of damage, the ONLY difference is that wolf pack rounds are more or less a guaranteed extra % of damage, where the clusters only hit if 1; there are many mobs near the explosion or 2; the boss's hit box is large enough to to encompass the minimum area effect of cluster bombs. Thus the only reason I can see why you say it does nearly "double" the damage. So again when they nerf ghorn's wolfpack rounds should they nerf cluster bombs as well?
