Well the patrols would not so much be synced to cap, but more of a choice. For example if you are short on time but want to run a pumice threads on venus bounty and 6 patrol missions bounty, you could jump into a lower level. If you want to hunt blades, hop into the Patrol of that level. Thanks for the Support!
