Do you even know what happened? The police have already determined it was his fault by towing way too much. Only thing that will prevent him from going is his celebrity status, which is bullshit.
Also no, he should go to a male prison since he is a man.

If he actually did get prison time for what should be a manslaughter conviction, he will be in a male prison inside protective custody (pc). He would have no contact with other inmates and would be surrounded in his cell by child predators, people convicted of sex crimes, and snitches. But i highly doubt he will serve one day in custody.

I don't care if people are transgender but you have to learn to take a joke and try not to crucify the person. As long as it's not hateful.
