I was doing crota on normal back in the day with two of my friends for flawless raider and after we killed ir tit (death singer) our sword guy said "I'll be back in 10 minutes im gunna go eat" so me and my other friend were like ok we'll wait. (Now at this point I should tell you that they were both stood on the plate around the crystal and I wasn't) my other friend about 2 minutes into the wait said "im going to the toilet" and well my girlfriend was sat next to me and with ten or so minutes to waste I quickly got down to business and without trying to sound like 50 shades of grey things started to happen (KIDS AT THIS POINT STOP READING) so I play destiny sat on the side of my bed and while I was on top of her doing things that im too young to do, she accidentally kicked the sticks of my controller but I didn't bother looking at the screen for obvious reasons. About 15 minutes later I resumed playing but only to receive lots of abuse and the need to restart the raid as my girlfriend had kicked the stick so that my character walked forward onto the plate and released the enemies.
