I think if you want to support people wanting to be something their not, you have to look at the psychology of that person and whether or not allowing them to physically change their bodies is going to help them mentally in the long run. Suicide is an issue with transgenders, why? That is the fundamental question. Bruce or Caitlyn( whatever) looks like a Man trying to be a woman. He has Man bones, and is trying to compete in women's league. This is an attention problem, he's surrounded by materialistic women who applaud plastic surgery, this is a MENTAL issue and I think encouraging him will make it worse. If people ignore Bruce/Caitlyn, there is a high chance of him falling into a depression and will probably attempt suicide. I have a grandmother obsessed with plastic surgery, I've seen where all this goes. This is a disorder similar to anorexia and muscle dysmorphia. It's a downward spiral.
