I very much doubt there are larger differences in the spread between PvE and PvP. But feel free to request stats from Destiny Tracker.
I'm done here until you have something other than a hypothesis.

That's fine, just remember that all of your assumptions are based on your hypothesis that PvE and PvP distributions are the same.
