Some of things I posted yesterday are a good start. There is no definition for how they calculated anything. Your first stat above states the percentages are the demographics in crucible across all platforms but the stats page does not say crucible anywhere. If the crucible stats are different than you stats then everyone one of your deductions may be wrong.
