OP shouldn't listen to kuuhaku_shinnon (sp?) There are successful streamers that don't even use Facecams. But the key thing for you to understand, dear OP, is that streaming will not become a career just because you want it to. It's all just luck. Just go into streaming with the intention of having fun.
