If you manually leave the game, I think you should receive some sort of penalty. An hour restriction actually sounds fair. Bungie sees and tracks everything we do in the game, they [i]should[/i] be able to tell the difference between a person being kto due to an error and someone who manually holds down the return to orbit button. I've left one game since destiny came out and that was due to an emergency in my house. Other than that, no matter how hopeless a match becomes, I stay. Even though they're strangers, it's pretty shitty to knowingly abandon your team.
