Iron Banner Trials Drop-Outs, Poor Sportsmanship

Ok so here it is, within 24 hrs ive seen at least 12 ppl drop out on iron banner games, leaving me with only 3 other teammates most times, 4 if im lucky. Look this isnt Crucible, these are MLG matches, best of best, honestly their needs to be a lvl limit and like an hour ban for dropping out, orbiting, logging out. Lagging out I can understand but intentional leaving in a "Tournament" is just really poor sportsmanship and honestly really childish. " I cant win so wah " The same can be said of Trials. Their needs to be consequences & repercussions for spoiled sports. I dont think that you will lose many ppl because of it, if anything you'll keep more people due to an Honest Game. If anyone else has an opinion please lets discuss this.

This is strange but I've never noticed this trend until the final day of the previous Iron Banner. On that day I completed all my IB bounties before managing to actually win a game. My 5 tokens were there for a long while. I stopped counting after the eighth loss and figured if I just played out the lop sided losing games I was inheriting that I'd eventually make my bounties, and I did. So then I thought ok maybe that's a last day IB thing that I've just never been there to witness, but sadly this Tuesday it picked up right where it had left off. What is up with that anyway? Maybe what they need to do is make it so that you forfeit your tokens if you quit out of the game.
