I don't get why people want to use it. I have one and it stays in the vault for collection purposes.
Or is this just a troll post. Sometimes I'm bad at spotting those.

It's actually really nice to use in pvp. Shorgaze + perfect balance and replenish is a decent perk in pvp. It's only the end perk that's terrible.
