A note about Hopscotch Pilgrim
Good riddance to this gun! I won't miss it in year 2. Seriously, with perfect rolls this is a 2 burst kill! It's worse than most Thorn/TLW word players I've gone against (at least I can counter them with distance). Yet people claim this is a fun that takes skill? What skill!? With headseeker, you just have to aim in their general direction! The only skill I've seen with any HP player is patience to sit through the rerolls. Seriously! Someone explain how this is better than Thorn or TLW?

One re roll for the current perks. (Edit for spelling) Edit: I don't think people are reading my comment. I said [b]almost[/b] the same. Not the same. Trust me. I understand he dynamics of the recoil pattern and how that puts hops above spare change. All I'm saying is that it's much easier to land a spare change than a hopscotch. At least for the majority. So ease up yall.

6 Repliestrying using a different strafing/evading pattern. Seriously alot of people I two burst kill with the messenger/spare change/red death with are : 1. Players who stand still while shooting (i am guilty of this) 2. Players who stare down thier sniper sights around a corner and constantly return to that spot. 3. Player who charge straight at you with a shottie 4. Players who charge straight at you and try to jump with a shottie 5. Players who strafe in common left to right pattern, especially small hall ways Alot players give us easy 2 burst kills because of their predictable moves. A good random juke pattern will cause couple of those burst shot to miss a critical shot or miss all together. Just some food for thought

I take hopscotch users out with my VOC/ LOW combo. It's all about tactics my man.

No thorn and last word outgun hopscotch at mid close range all the time. The pilgrim fires slow and your dead before the second burst has a chance to register.

I guess I just do not agree. With the burn from Thorn, it is a two shot kill sometimes. At the least the Hopscotch is a two burst kill, most of the time three. People complain about what they do not have. I get killed by Shotguns more, but are least they have to Blink towards me, Thorn can sit all the way across the map.

1 ReplyWill still be usable in crucible, the only place it is good. Crucible is not level based remember. Only trials and IB will be affected.

Is someone upset that they can be out-gunned by this measly Legendary Weapon? HP is not the only one; The Messenger and Three Little Words are both two burst headshot kills. Also, do you understand how Headseeker works?

13 RepliesIt's always people with under 1.0 K/Ds complaining about which weapons people are using. And it's a 2 burst kill no matter what the rolls are, just like the messenger.

Reactive reload on mine... And I two burst people before reloading... It fires pretty streamlined allowing two shot kill without perks

2 RepliesI have perfect balance as last perk. I still to shot to the head and it's a great gun cause I can run a shotty with it. Sit back and try to snipe me and see what kills you faster rate of fire then any sniper. By the time them campers align there sites. Two shots to the head. Love this gun.
