For those of you that don't know why OP is saying this: Shadow of Veils has the highest aim assistance on a sniper rifle in the game. Surprisingly, Effrideet's Spear and Praedyth's have extremely low aim assistance values.

Aim assist don't aim for you it just stop that dam movement over the player

Right.. Which makes hitting head shots much easier. Which is why OP is saying it's a noob sniper to use.
