It would be awesome if the Khovstov could be upgraded to an Exotic. Think about it. Every single exotic armor/weapon was previously owned by another guardian. This will be ours, the weapon owned by the Survivor of the VoG, the Slayer of Crota and the one who eliminated the Black Heart allowing the Traveler to heal, a relic from the golden age found in the guardian's awakening.
