To be honest I only watch female streamers because well... Females are better looking than dudes to me. That being said I will only sub or stay to watch if you have a personality and decent at whatever game you are playing. Cleavage makes no difference, only to teenage boys who get excited over 4x4 inches of skin. They are yours and do with them as you wish. If the stream is of good quality people will watch.
