That's like saying we make the same such agreement with a car manufacturer when we drive it off the lot. Then we find the actual gas mileage doesn't match the estimate or a couple months down the road our battery dies and we find the alternator craps out on us or the A/C vents weren't properly installed and fly out when the A/C is turned on. Are they not obligated by warranty to fix this issue? Granted, a video game makes no such warranty, but does advertise their product to perform a certain way, just as auto manufacturers tout gas mileage and safety. When their product don't live up to these expectations, they feel it when people go to look for another vehicle. Sure, you can say it's all on us and you'd be right. However, if Bungie took the same approach as you, they could expect the biggest collective middle finger from their fans when they release their next big product. Essentially, you will never win a PR position for any company with your attitude.
