That can be taken any way. Anyone trying to force their beliefs on someone else is rude and ignorant, regardless of the belief. Especially preachers on the street, Jehovah's witnesses, etc. I've never once came across someone trying to get people to stop believing in their faith.
People can believe whatever they want, but in my opinion it's a personal choice, and people should respect it. That's why I particularly hated RE in school.
I got detention a lot in high school because of my responses in RE class. I had enough of that teacher trying to shove Jesus down my throat after making it abundantly clear that I don't believe in God or anything, so I stopped attending that class, then got detention for not attending. Afterwards, the teacher was very disrespectful towards me, and it's the only time I've disrespectfully argued (argued at all, tbh) with someone over their religious beliefs. I hated that class, I was forced to attend mass and punished for not believing in God.
I much prefer it online, where gender, sexuality, age, beliefs and insecurities, even names all become irrelevant, as long as I get to connect and have fun with people.
