First off - Just so that you're aware, when posting in your Clan Forums, if you tag a public forum, it will appear in the public forum. For instance, you tagged #help, so it was posted in the #help forum. To answer your question: You receive a key each week when you complete your first Queen Bounty. You can also randomly receive them from any Queen Bounty completed after that, Ether Chests found after killing Wolf Packs in patrol, and the two small chests on either side of the "Large" chest.
