The OT does not count as Christian scripture according to many. It is a collection of the old Israelite laws which do not necessarily apply to Christians. Now you obviously don't agree with that, but read:
Galatians 3
23 Now before faith came, we were held captive under the law, imprisoned until the coming faith would be revealed. 24 So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith. 25 But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian,
Romans 10:4
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
You see how easily we can cherry-pick things and say something completely different to what you think?
There are plenty of passages that say Jesus came to fulfil the law set out in the OT but these ones aren't vague easily misinterpret-able passages, they are very specific, and they specifically denounce the old laws.
Just as specific as what you quoted, yet your interpretation of yours are right whereas my interpretation of mine are wrong because I do not know the truth whereas you do.
From someone claiming atheists can't argue with logic, your own is fairly muddled up.
