I recently moved two weeks ago and got new internet service. Destiny has since been unplayable. And I don't mean just in Crucible, it's everything from simple patrolling alone, PoE, everything. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the internet. MCC and Titanfall play flawlessly. All streaming apps- Netflix, hbo go, hulu.. not even a hiccup. It's just this game. The best I can describe it is drunkvision. Everything is slow, choppy, plodding. It feels terrible and if I were to put the controller in your hand you would instantly feel what I'm talking about. It's harder to see it on a computer screen than a 28 inch tv. I have a year lease so if I can't find a way to fix it then that means I'm done. I can't go from playing 2000 smooth hours to all of a sudden accepting this choppy abominable gameplay. I've included a few clips here to show what I'm talking about and a hectic clip of a pvp match to show you the difference I'm talking about. I can't find any one post on the forums or through googling that accurately describes the same problem I'm going through. Connection speed test shows 17.65 Mbps download, 5.86 Mbps Upload, 60 ping.
