I also explained why those super guns where in the game in the first place. I like Destiny and I like a lot of what Bungie has done with it. But I don't think this particular post was very Fan Boyish. I don't mention the things they got right at all. I believe the difference in tone that you notice is simply a result of the two of us trying to achieve different things with our posts. I'm trying to explain to people the reasons for Bungie's actions. They are trying to achieve an upgrade path and they screwed it up early on. They didn't figure it out until it was too late and some of their attempts to fix it simply didn't work. You want them to do something different to fix the problem.
