What music genre do you dislike?
Personally, I don't really like rap. I dislike rap because of all the vulgar lyrics they usually contain. I'm speaking for myself when I know that the only real popular rap songs talk about drinking, sex, weed, and/or other drugs. [spoiler]But that doesn't mean I hate/dislike you :)[/spoiler] What music genre do you tend to pass up? Why do you pass it up? And also, have a good night flood.

11 RepliesI can bet that most of the people saying rap have really only scratched a thin layer of rap music, predominantly those found in Internet sensations like the Nasty Freestyle by T-Wayne and Whip It by Silento, or are garnering their opinions in a conformist fashion with others because they feel as though older music was more genuine and meaningful. It's much more than that. Here I have attached a song from Mac Miller. You probably know of him because of radio hits like "Knock Knock", "Party on 5th Ave", "Donald Trump", or "Loud". This will probably surprise you. And for those who are rock fans, I recommend [i]Yeezus[/i] by Kanye West. Amazing album.
