my Salvage, Skirmish cards not showing, plus my strikes dont add says i've done 80 lol! crazy

Salvage and doubles are both bugged. Strikes only count towards grimoire when launched from the planetary menu. Playlists, heroics and nightfalls do not count towards grimoire.
