Anyone who makes people like OP out as the bad guy is probably genuinely retarded. If a guy AFKs for the entirety of POE, you have [b]EVERY RIGHT TO KICK HIM. [/b] Whether this post is true or not, the point stands. The scenario would be fair.

Check the stats of the game. A lot of people are ASSuming he's telling the truth. The stats for the game don't back up his story.

Look at the PvE stats of the 33 Warlock.. you can tell he's either a serial afker or just extremely bad, I've never seen someone with 120 hours PvE gameplay have a K/D of 4, it seems impossible.
