My only hope is that Bungie had not completed all of the programing for TTK. Deej was playing in the TEST server. It could be that the game weapon designers have not finished all of the art or graphics for the new 2.0 exotics. And that is why we are not seeing the necrochasm or Hardlight as a year 2 blueprint. Bungie has said that the ghorn will not be upgraded, but has not commented on any other weapon. The weapon patch 2.0 talks about redesigning the Hardlight and necrochasm. That leads me to believe they will be 2.0 versions otherwise why did they waste their time modifying the perks. Programs are lazy. They didn't put in effort for outdated code. They would rather delete or archive it.
