I'm sorry that whatever exotic (probably gjallarhorn that you bought) isn't getting an upgrade and will be inferior but it could be worse... They could release this as destiny two wipe out whatever gear you had. They never said you can't use year one exotics that don't get upgraded. As a matter of fact they said in year one content they will act exactly as they do now (to a certain extent). If you hate this change so much stop playing. If you don't stop playing stop bitching. It's people bitching that get things ruined... Thorn, vex, gjallarhorn, suros. Everyone bitched about then they got (will get) nerfed into the ground... Shut your mouth and live with how bungie wants to make their game or don't play it!
