If supercrub was kicked earlier then he/she would have just found another person to latch onto. By kicking him later he/her might stop, thinking about how the next time he try's might end the same way.

They would then proceed to his match history, confirming that 1) He was active that weekend and should have a Gjallarhon. 2) That he already has a Gjallarhorn. 3) That his match history for the match he was booted from confirms he was a leech.
