Don't dismantle your Stranger Rifle.
With Bungie you never know if it's actually a key to a Easter egg.
The Stranger hands it to you. This could be Bungie's way of saying this is important for other things.

I kept Khvostoc just because and of coarse stranger's rifle. The gun is a beast now and I am assuming it'll be needed for getting No Time to Explain.
