They most certainly did not. People are making assumptions about the gun "No Time To Explain", which looks very similar to the "Strangers Rifle." Bungie has stated nothing about "converting" the Strangers Rifle to an exotic. Anywhere. If you post links by Bungie saying otherwise, I'll gladly eat my words.

Actually they have, you just obviously never read all the stuff on twitter and Bungie forums. They've said it in multiple place. If you actually read on things you might learn something instead of being a negative b**** on people's comments!

Show me the BUNGIE post, and I will "Shut my f-ing mouth." Also: you should learn to read as well: I SAID that the Stranger's Rifle is a RARE gun and would not be saved by the BLUEPRINT system. Maybe [i]you[/i] should learn to read before jumping into a thread and treating people like a d-wad.
