I actually got an LDR yesterday. While running through the Eris Questline, I got a blue engram in the end screen of a mission. The engram decoded into an LDR. The Perks were: Ambush Outlaw Field Scout/Perfect Balance Unflinching I didn't expect a perfect roll so I am still happy.
