Has Treyarch done the impossible with black ops 3? New Zombies Trailer!
Guys I'm shocked that the black ops 3 beta is actually good. Movement is a huge improvement over AW, it feels right. Map design is quality. The gore is awesome.
Time to kill is longer that AW, is perfect. I'm getting a MW2 T2K vibe.
Netcode:
I'm not noticing many BS moments online. I'll need more time with this as the majority of McDonald's wifi connections would still be downloading the game.
Has treyarch done the impossible, invigorated a dying franchise? This could be one of the best cod in years. Zombies should be awesome too, how do you guys feel about the beta?
EDIT: Day 2, so the lag begins. Game was running great yesterday, today the net-code is a complete mess. I'm guessing the servers are stressed, or all the dial-up connections are out in force. :)☺😄
EDIT: I hear a lot of xbox players are having problems with freezing, gun camo not working. Possible fix - Try deleting the game, reinstalling as this has helped other players. If that doesn't work use a second profile.
EDIT 2: Here guys check out the new Zombies trailer, the reason why last gen campaign was ditched explained by a dev in link below...

2 RepliesI agree, I got the beta and expected it to be a AW ripoff. Boy, was I wrong. I thought the wall running would ruin some fights but it's just -blam!-ing awesome! I was disappointed by the last two games and I was thinking I was done with COD, but now I'm sure I'm going to pre-order it! [spoiler]ARK-7 w/ QuickDraw, the first red dot sight, and grip is the best.[/spoiler]

11 RepliesWow 2 things that are not much is doing the impossible? Are you younger than 15? Doing the impossible is doing something like Skyrim, Wither 3 or even Fallout. CoD is the same every years. You also want to look up Titanfall, they already did "the impossible" almost 2 years ago.

I'm not that into online play these days, but I think that's partially due to the lack of good online games releasing (I'm a console scrub so my options are rather limited). The maps are good, the weapon balance is okay, the movement system is fun even though it gets me killed more often than not, and the Specialist abilities aren't as dominant as I thought they'd be. My only big complaints are the kill times which are too short, and the spawns which are atrocious. Other than those, it's really fun!

1 ReplyI expect that the average time to kill will be lengthened in the full game. Of course, none of that matters to me. At least, not too much. All I care about is emblem and weapon customization. And they have done a phenomenal job in that department. :D

6 RepliesGlad you like it but I have the exact opposite feeling. The time to kill is super fast. Shotguns have ridiculous range. A lot of the weapons feel and sound like they were copy/pasted from BO2. It feels like Destiny and Titanfall had a baby. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing but, if I wanted to play Destiny or Titanfall, I would go play Destiny and Titanfall. I think the time to kill is the worst part. If it was longer then there could be some room for skill to prevail. From my experience, the winner of a gun fight is the first one to shoot. There's no chance to turn on a guy who is behind you or out play the enemy. And don't get me started on Glitch.
