Oh no trust me; the code is almost carbon copy; only difference is models, modifier variable adjustments and animation; it IS the same physics
Yea there is different story; they play slightly different but the player actions are largely 70% minimum the same exact stuff

The player actions may be, but they feel and play completely different.

Looks arent everything; The mesh models (enviro+maps+characters+items) take up less than 20% of work put in The core engines and functions and calculations are the game the models and story are just the skin of it

Okay, but your point with this is..? Or are you just putting this information out here?

Point is: halo perfected the engines and destiny is all about crunching content into those engines but essentially both made using the same core game an thats why the destiny trilogy is planned to have DLC released for EACH GAME for ten years after each games release (games are gonna be gigantic in the end) Which is kinda better to have 3 games and a TON of DLC rather than 20-30 individual games in the series. An yea jus putting the info out there Also yea destiny and halo share 70-80% the same physics, mechanics and engines so tho skinned differently and each has different features they BOTH use the same core game That an im kinda tired of hearing how destiny is nothing like halo when 70-80% the mechs and engines used are exactly the same (You can color a checker board 1200 different colors; its still bloody checkers though)

Ah, I see.
