I'm having issues with two cards that are acquired by dead ghosts and are not listed in this post. I have checked Destinytraker.com and tells me I have not found these ghosts and the cards don't show up in my grimoire either, but when I go to the location to revive the dead ghosts they are not there. How can this issue be fixed?
