Not Quitting Destiny. I like it more
I'm not quitting Destiny and I preordered Taken King for Xbox One. I'm not upset about Xur selling the Gjallarhorn last weekend even though I currently have 3 Gjallarhorns upgraded to 365. I do not hate Bungie, Activision, Deej or Cozmo. I'm having a great time making new friends and playing this ever evolving game. I refuse to be brought down by the hater posts of Darkness in the forums. I stand for the Light and the hope of more good times in the future of Destiny.
Yippee 100% increase in Vault space. Emblems, Shaders, ships, sparrows get moved to kiosk. Lots more good stuff shown in today's Bungie twitch stream.

I know I have personally spent money on far dumber things that I enjoyed far less than I have with this game. I honestly hope that this 10 year plan works, and that we can still be on these forums talking about this game in 2025 like we all are now!

People only complain about awesome games. The forums for all great games are filled with hate and complaints about the latest patch (or even upcoming patches) and how their developers are an evil empire. Go to a forum for a shitty game and you get crickets...because no one really cares to waste their time complaining about shitty games. They just stay away from them.

117 RepliesSo, you agree with sending out a game that was not even close to being a full game, for $60 and then ignoring the consumers and milking them for money because Bungie and Activision are nothing but greedy, money grubbing assholes? You have to be a fool to accept this kind of shit. Bungie did a lazy, half assed job on this game and sent it out anyways because Activision wanted maximum profit because they knew it would sell off of Bungie's name alone, and Bungie agreed to it. They deserve the blame they get. They're pathetic for doing this, and they'll probably do it again with TTK. They're just milking fools like you, blinded by optimism, to get more and more profit. They don't care about you. They type fals promises and lie to you. When they actually do improve something, it is met with even more problems that they decide to ignore. They don't deserve to be called "Bungie", they're just another Activision clone now. That's all they are.

I honestly don't understand why people slate this game so much. All I ever hear is people moaning about the price for everything or the fact that it wasn't a complete game this that and other. Come off it. I can honestly say I've never continued to play a game a year down the line unless it's ( COD Zombies ) and still be happy in playing it. I have right now 5 games which I haven't even started playing yet and I've had them months. I still come back to this game and I am more then willing to pay £40 / $60 for a game which has kept me playing all this time. Destiny is a beautiful looking game which just keeps getting better. Every game has it's problems but at least I feel engaged with Bungie / Destiny in that when things are wrong I know someone somewhere is trying to fix it. Keep up the good work.

Totally agree, have met some awesome people and made some good friends I wouldn't of if from not playing this game.. It takes all my spare time and I'm looking forward to year 2, bring it on.

The nerfs and rebalancing attempts were horrible especially the autorifle nerf although the pulse rifle change was good but that was because it was a buff. Not sure I want to regrind an entire set of legendary weapons at every expansion when they become obsolete. I can live with it but armor is another story since many players get their characters looking the way they want and don't want to be forced to wear the same raid armor as everyone else just to be relevant. That being said.... I did find the game fun for all its flaws and will likely give Taken King a chance. It might be all hype and reskins but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I have high expectations on rebalancing in Taken King. They had a year to get it right and will not be very forgiving if they start a trend of constant nerfs and weapon flavors of the week.

Get with the program people, stop trying to run next gen games on an old gen console. I wanted this game so much I upgraded and bought a PS4, its high time many others did the same.
