Talk about RNG....here's a story. Doing patrol in the cosmodrome....set up on the big pipes across from the wrecked ship to get my precision kills bounty. After about 30 min or so I take out a vandal and something purple drops. I leave it thinking its heavy ammo. Do a quick public event and come back to get my heavy ammo restocked Find out it's a legendary engram!! Awesome!!! Finish a few other bounties and head to Rahool. After saving the best for last I get Thunderlord!! Talk about a RNG gift. Wish that luck transferred to the casino!!!!
