Xur inventory is randomly generated so it is RNG bungie has stated that they don't control what he has, don't be mad that people can finally get one.

I'm not saying that's what they've done because I have no proof, but it doesn't mean they don't have the ability to do it. Oh and people lie, think about it, if Bungie admitted that they manipulate xur then that would be a bias and a giant contradiction on their part.

Just because it about about to get nerfed, there no way it could have been random now? If bungie made the choice why not do it when they announced the nerf or after the patch? Makes more since then, then now.
