Activision cash grab to get people back online 4 weeks prior to TTK. And oh my goodness look at all of that recent TTK info and twitch lineup all organized RIGHT as he sells ghorn. One hell of a coincidence... If I was using my business major for a gaming company I would do that. Don't be blind guardians. Your game is their business. Follow the money to find the truth.

So you think they are selling the Gjallarhorn to get more money? How so? Do you think people are more inclined to buy TTK because they got it? If that's the case, I hope people have enough sense to see that it is about to be replaced in a month or so (at least for PVE). If there is a reason for selling it, and everything is not just RNG, I think it's because they are letting more people get it, to ease up their chances of getting the last parts of the triumph mission done, before it's too late.

More about getting people back into the game. Activating idle players. Just as all of the new info and twitch streams for TTK roll out. It is perfectly timed to sell more TTK. Not random at all.
